KO Barbecue was founded in 2020 by a team of like-minded foodies; a group of friends and family who have always liked to eat, drink, and create amazing food together. Our hobby quickly led us to opening this barbecue restaurant, a place where people from all over can meet to enjoy our special dishes and comfortable atmosphere!

At KO we believe that utilizing high quality products always produces the best results.  That is why we choose to smoke Prime brisket over Select.  All of our sides that accentuate our full meal menu are made from scratch to provide a taste that is unique to the KO Barbecue brand.  You can also savor the flavor of our tangy barbecue sauce that is prepared in house.  We feel confident that taking these steps provide an opportunity to give KO Barbecue it’s own authenticity.
